Payment Policy

Payments are the responsibility of the patient and are due at the time of service.

• Debit & Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express
• Citi Health Card – A dental credit card with low or no interest. Pre-approval required. Ask our staff for an application or apply online at: www.healthcard.citicards.com. You may also apply by phone: 1-866-843-2330.

Most insurance companies do not cover all dental costs, but a fixed portion of the full charge for dental services. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-pay, or other balance not paid by your insurance company. You are responsible for paying your portion of the balance on the day that the dental services are provided.

Most insurance companies are not open after hours, and it is not always possible to verify insurance coverage. If we are unable to verify your coverage, payment in full is expected at the time of service. Once we have contacted your insurance company, and a payment has been processed – you will be issued a refund check for the difference.
